Shipping & Return Policy
Dispatch Times (1-3 Business Days)
When the order is placed, it maybe take 1-3 business days for the order to be packaged and taken to a carrier (Canada Post, UPS, etc). Dispatch time might vary depending on large volume of orders, holidays or unforeseen circumstances. So your patience is greatly appreciated! Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next day.
Shipping Times (3-7 Business Days)
Once the package is given to a carrier, it is up to them to ship it to the final destination. Delays may happen with your order so please be patient.
We currently only ship to Canada at this moment! But we're hoping to ship internationally in the future.
Your order includes a tracking number, please use it to monitor your package's progress. You should contact the carrier if your package is past the expected delivery date. If your package never arrives or got lost during transit, please contact us with your order details so we can assist you.
If the carrier has confirmed the package was delivered successfully and your package was stolen we cannot offer a refund. Please reach out so we can learn more about the situation and prevent this from happening in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
We currently do not offer any returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! So please ensure your order is correct before submitting it.
If you receive your package and the products you ordered are damaged upon arrival please contact us. Please provide photos of the damaged products and a description of the issue to friskybao@gmail.com so we can assist you.
